Целью данной статьи является анализ основных направлений цифровизации правосудия в Испании, оценка достигнутых результатов и выявление ключевых проблем, препятствующих полномасштабному внедрению электронного правосудия. В статье исследуются функциональные возможности и значение порталов Poder Judicial и CENDOJ (Centro de Documentación Judicial) в контексте цифровизации испанской судебной системы. Рассматриваются их роль в обеспечении прозрачности правосудия, доступа к судебным решениям и статистическим данным. Анализируются правовые основы, технические аспекты работы порталов, а также проблемы и перспективы их развития в рамках стратегии Justicia Digital.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the main directions of the digitalization of justice in Spain, evaluate the results achieved and identify key problems that hinder the full-scale implementation of e-justice. The article examines the functionality and significance of the Poder Judicial and CENDOJ (Centro de Documentación Judicial) portals in the context of the digitalization of the Spanish judicial system. Their role in ensuring the transparency of justice, access to judicial decisions and statistical data is considered. The article analyzes the legal foundations, technical aspects of the portals, as well as the problems and prospects of their development within the framework of the Justicia Digital strategy.
