В статье исследуется опыт Эстонии в построении одной из самых передовых систем электронного правосудия в мире. Рассматриваются ключевые элементы цифрового судопроизводства, нормативно-правовая база, технологические решения, а также преимущества и вызовы, связанные с цифровизацией судебной системы. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию эстонской модели на развитие е-правосудия в других странах.

The article examines Estonia’s experience in building one of the most advanced e-justice systems in the world. The key elements of digital legal proceedings, the regulatory framework, technological solutions, as well as the advantages and challenges associated with the digitalization of the judicial system are considered. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the Estonian model on the development of e-justice in other countries.
