The article analyzes the key aspects of the introduction of digital technologies into judicial practice, their impact on the effectiveness and accessibility of justice, as well as the challenges associated with their use. Particular attention is paid to the role of electronic means in increasing transparency and strengthening citizens’ confidence in the judicial system. In the article, the author explores the introduction of electronic services into the Romanian judicial system. The article examines statistics, implementation dynamics and the impact of electronic filing of claims on the Romanian judicial system. The study highlights the importance of digitalization in improving trials in Romania, ensuring and increasing their transparency, accessibility for citizens and effectiveness in protecting violated human rights and freedoms.
