В статье рассматриваются процессы трансформации системы международной безопасности в контексте формирования многополярного мироустройства и усиления структурной нестабильности на глобальном уровне. Анализируется взаимосвязь геополитических и экономических факторов, обусловливающих эрозию традиционных механизмов поддержания международной стабильности, а также углубление кризиса универсальных институтов безопасности. Особое внимание уделяется выявлению причин ослабления прежней модели мирового порядка, основанной на доминировании ограниченного круга государств, и формированию новых центров силы, обладающих самостоятельным политико-экономическим потенциалом. В работе обосновывается тезис о том, что современная многополярность не является фактором автоматической стабилизации международной системы, а, напротив, становится катализатором конфликтности, фрагментации и усиления конкуренции за ресурсы, технологии и зоны влияния. Делается вывод о необходимости переосмысления концепции международной безопасности с учётом комплексного взаимодействия экономических, военнополитических и цивилизационных параметров.

This article examines the transformation of the international security system in the context of the formation of a multipolar world order and increasing structural instability at the global level. It analyzes the interrelationships between geopolitical and economic factors that contribute to the erosion of traditional mechanisms for maintaining international stability, as well as the deepening crisis of universal security institutions. Particular attention is paid to identifying the causes of the weakening of the previous model of world order, based on the dominance of a limited number of states, and the emergence of new centers of power with independent political and economic potential. The paper substantiates the thesis that modern multipolarity does not automatically stabilize the international system, but, on the contrary, is becoming a catalyst for conflict, fragmentation, and increased competition for resources, technologies, and spheres of influence. It concludes that a rethinking of the concept of international security is necessary, taking into account the complex interaction of economic, military-political, and civilizational parameters.
