В последние годы технологии искусственного интеллекта и машинного обучения стремительно развиваются, что приводит к появлению новых возможностей и вызовов. Одним из наиболее обсуждаемых и противоречивых направлений в этой области является технология дипфейка. Актуальность данной статьи обусловлена растущей угрозой, так как с каждым годом все больше случаев использования технологии дипфейка в контексте совершения преступлений, предусмотренных Уголовным Кодексом РФ. В статье представлен вводный обзор технологии дипфейка, включая его принципы работы и основные алгоритмы, используемые для создания поддельного контента. Автором рассмотрены конкретные примеры преступлений, совершенных с использованием этой технологии, и проанализировал, как дипфейки могут быть использованы для мошенничества, клеветы, манипуляции общественным мнением, и других преступлений. Также в статье рассмотрена проблема правоприменения законодательства, связанного с дипфейками. Автор указал, какие трудности возникают у правоохранительных органов при расследовании преступлений, связанных с использованием этой технологии, и какие меры могут быть предприняты для улучшения ситуации.

In recent years, artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies have been developing rapidly, leading to new opportunities and challenges. One of the most discussed and controversial areas in this field is deepfake technology. The relevance of this article is due to the growing threat, as every year there are more and more cases of using deepfake technology in the context of committing crimes provided for by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The article provides an introductory overview of deepfake technology, including its principles of operation and the main algorithms used to create fake content. The author reviewed specific examples of crimes committed using this technology and analyzed how deepfakes can be used for fraud, defamation, manipulation of public opinion, and other crimes. The article also discusses the problem of law enforcement related to deepfakes. The author indicated what difficulties law enforcement agencies have in investigating crimes related to the use of this technology, and what measures can be taken to improve the situation.
